High Temperature Cable
Provides optimal performance in high temperature (300°C to 1000°C)
industrial and commercial applications such as in motors, furnaces,
ovens and high intensity lights.
Characteristics
Conductors - Solid or stranded, nickel coated copper or pure nickel, as
required to meet the temperature requirements of the application.
Insulations - Including polyimide tapes, mica tapes, glass fiber braids,
ceramic braids and combinations of these materials are selected to
meet temperature and voltage application requirements.
Cable shielding - Optional. Typically a metal braid of nickel coated copper
or stainless steel strands as necessary to meet the requirements of the
application.
Cable jackets - Optional. Typically, glass or ceramic fiber braids.
