Characteristics

Conductors - 18 - 26 AWG tinned copper conductors in 7 or 19 strand
constructions for flexibility.

Primary insulation - To meet the electrical and environmental
requirements of the application. Options include PVC, Nylon, FEP,
Polyurethane, Polyethylene and Polypropylene.

Cable construction - Typically 2 -10, single, insulated conductors cabled
around a central plastic vent tube. The vent tube provides a means for
fluid or air pressure sensing. Additional fillers or aramid strength
members may be added as required.

Cable shielding - Metal braid of tinned copper strands for electrical
isolation with flexibility.

Cable jackets - Chosen to be resistant to abrasion or chemicals as
required by the application and include ETFE, FEP, Polyurethane and
PVC.
