AS9100 CERTIFICATION PROCESS

The Aerospace and Defense industry is highly regulated and demands the highest level of quality standards for the development and manufacture of products. The AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) standard is widely adopted to promote continuous product and process improvement in the aerospace and defense industry.

To ensure continued improvement in quality and customer satisfaction, SCC is embarking on AS9100 Certification. As a direct result of improving operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, SCC anticipates that certification will lead to further growth in each of the company’s current business sectors and open the door to new business opportunities as well.

SCC is currently in the process of pursuing AS9100 certification with targeted certification to be complete in fiscal 2015.
